Inbound Marketing Strategist (IMS) oversees day-to-day strategy, execution and results of client’s inbound marketing campaigns and projects. Campaigns may include website offers, blog content, info-graphics, video, email marketing and/or social media marketing. This includes leading a dedicated Inbound Marketing team in strategy meetings, documenting such strategy, presenting inbound marketing plans to clients seeking approval, and entering campaign/project details into our project management software.

Then the IMS will then help execute campaigns using HubSpot software. Competitive analysis and analytic research will be required each month to measure, monitor and improve campaigns and give feedback to their inbound team on performance results. Monthly “pulse” phone conferences and quarterly planning meetings are required for each client. As the key point of contact for our clients, they are responsible for all related client-facing meetings, communication and reporting.

Plus, the IMS will consult client’s on best practices, using the Inbound Methodology and proper use of HubSpot software. The IMS will make recommendations using HubSpot software including HubSpot Marketing, Sales & CRM.

The IMS is as a key role in the success of our company and our client’s leads and revenue. They guide our clients through our company “Growth Ecosystem” to promote our strategies and services. They are the client advocate and have their goals and challenges in sight at all times. Our ISM’s are energetic, positive thinkers, love change, enjoy a fast-pace, lead others and motivate everyone around them to be there best and hold them accountable for campaign performance.

The IMS will ensure that all company processes for success are followed. Your success will be measured by the 1) results of your campaigns, 2) client’s happiness, 3) leadership abilities 4) HubSpot App usage and 5) culture fit.

Note: You will be accountable and measured upon the above skills, tasks and roles on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent, College or University. Minimum of 2 years in a social media, marketing, or client support role. All candidates who are accepted must be “Inbound Marketing Certified” by HubSpot. Click Here to get certified.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of lead generation tactics, company branding, inbound marketing, consulting experience, leadership skills and extremely good written and verbal communication skills.
