  • 5% Google Certified Consultant for Clients and Liaison to Google
  • 5% Yext (online Directories) Account Management for clients
  • 5% Call Tracking Integration Setup, Tracking and Strategy
  • 5% Form Conversion Integration Setup, Tracking and Strategy

The Google Specialist (GS) will be responsible for all Google related services, products, and integrations. The GS will be our on-team consultant and expert as a client resource and for internal communication for Google related news, tips and hacks. The GS will be responsible for keeping up to date with all necessary Google Certifications including keeping the agency a Google Certified Partner.

Daily and weekly tasks will include managing paid search for the agencies clients, performing setups, split testing, and communication to internal team and client on monthly performance. The GS will assist in integrating call tracking and form tracking for conversions in Google Analytics, Google Adwords and HubSpot Software. Conversion performance monitoring and enhancement is a top priority for this role. In order to ensure success in this role and repeat consistency in performance and best-practices, the GS will keep all processes up to date on a daily/weekly/monthly basis for future reference. The GS will ensure that all company processes for success are followed thereafter.

Your success will be measured by the 1) results of your Paid search campaigns, 2) client’s happiness, 3) leadership abilities 4) Accuracy and speed of integrations and 5) culture fit.

Note: You will be accountable and measured upon the above skills, tasks and roles on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent, College or University. Minimum of 2 years in a SEO, social media, marketing, or web development role. All candidates who are accepted must be “Inbound Marketing Certified” by HubSpot. Click Here to get certified.

Preferred Skills

Google Adwords Certified, Google Analytics Certified, Google Agency Certified, WordPress Knowledge and experience, knowledge of on-site and off-site SEO tactics, social SEO, content SEO, inbound marketing, leadership skills and good written and verbal communication skills.

Software Competency

Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, HubSpot, TeamWork, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Business Apps, WordPress, and Misc. Social Media.
