The SEO Specialist (SEOS) will setup and manage all Search Engine Optimization including onsite SEO and offsite SEO. The primary roles of the position are creating monthly and quarterly SEO strategies and plans that align with the client’s goals, executing SEO plans, delegating needed content, monitor SERPS, website traffic, conversions & leads. Then continued research and testing to validate hypotheses and strategies.

The SEOS will also oversee customer reporting SERPS, lead counts and other related SEO metrics. The SEOS will also assist with the setup of Google accounts, including organic and paid goal conversions and call tracking. Using our SEO software the SEOS will research and locate inbound links for optimizing websites and increasing their quality and ranking. A proven history must be shown with current high-ranking sites and the individual must be able to demonstrate his knowledge and capabilities to achieve high levels of success with online organic rankings and positions.

The SEOS will ensure that all company processes for success are followed. Your success will be measured by the 1) results of your SEO campaigns, 2) client’s happiness, 3) leadership abilities 4) HubSpot App usage and 5) culture fit.

Note: You will be accountable and measured upon the above skills, tasks and roles on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent, College or University. Minimum of 2 years in a SEO, social media, marketing, or web development role. All candidates who are accepted must be “Inbound Marketing Certified” by HubSpot. Click Here to get certified.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of on-site and off-site SEO tactics, social SEO, Content SEO, inbound marketing, leadership skills and good written and verbal communication skills.

Software Competency
