Lure Creative is growing and we are looking to add an SEO Specialist to our team.
We are looking for someone with 1-4 years of experience executing successful SEO strategies.
The position will consist off both strategizing and executing SEO strategies for multiple clients each month, as well as providing reports and updates directly to the client via email / phone. The position responsibilities also include being able to track SEO efforts and generate results from generally-accepted “white hat” SEO strategies (No PBNs, link farms, or other spam tactics).
Requirements:
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console (Webmaster Tools) experience is mandatory.
- Ability to conduct detailed Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis, and create an On-Site/Off-Site Ranking Strategy and recommendations for effective SEO.
- Be able to communicate effectively with internal Lure team, clients or prospective clients.
- Must have experience editing/optimizing content on WordPress.
- Yoast SEO plugin experience is strongly preferred.
No one ever “knows it all” with SEO, as the space is constantly changing and evolving based on Google algorithm updates and new technologies. Thus, our ideal candidate is someone who loves learning about the digital marketing space, SEO specifically, on an ongoing basis.
Bonus (What’ll Put You Ahead):
- Ability to show documented previous SEO success.
- Experience in SEMRush, Moz & Ahrefs.
- Experience in Google Ads.
- Previous agency experience.

At Lure Creative, we are growing rapidly and are looking for an entry-level Business Development Representative to help us identify and develop new client relationships. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers.
To be successful in this role, you will bring a hunter mentality and use your communication skills to build strong relationships with prospective customers, from first contact through client onboarding. You will partner closely with Sales and Client Services to identify and target prospective customers.

Responsibilities Include:
- Research potential clients and contact through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Build relationships with prospective clients.
- Present our company to potential clients.
- Identify client needs and work with Sales and or Client Services to suggest appropriate products/services.
Must Have Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in a professional environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to consistently generate qualified leads of prospective customers every month.
- 4 year degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.

- Experience with Active Campaign CRM.
- Previous experience as a BDR in a marketing agency.
