Lure Creative is growing and we are looking to add an experienced Paid Search (PPC) Manager to our team.
This person will be responsible for strategizing, implementing and optimizing paid search campaigns for numerous Lure Creative clients in the health and wellness industry. The ideal candidate will have very strong experience working with Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop PPC strategies and recommendations for keyword opportunities, ad groups, campaigns, display network, retargeting and to increase online visibility.
- Create ad campaigns and paid search landing pages.
- Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase Return on Investment (ROI).
- A/B testing of ads.
- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, audience targeting and monthly budgets.
- Preparation of monthly client reports detailing performance of campaigns and ongoing recommendations.
- Working our head of SEO to create Events + Conversion tracking.
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- No less than 3-4 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience with SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Ability to manage small and large ads spends each month.
- Ongoing data analysis of all campaigns.
- Experience creating successful ad campaigns for health and wellness brands.
- Google Ads certification.
- Excellent communication skills – must be able to effectively communicate with our internal team, clients or prospective clients.
Bonus Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working at an agency.
- Experience creating and managing programmatic internet ads and targeted TV streaming ads.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Marketing degree.

At Lure Creative, we are growing rapidly and are looking for an entry-level Business Development Representative to help us identify and develop new client relationships. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers.
To be successful in this role, you will bring a hunter mentality and use your communication skills to build strong relationships with prospective customers, from first contact through client onboarding. You will partner closely with Sales and Client Services to identify and target prospective customers.

Responsibilities Include:
- Research potential clients and contact through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Build relationships with prospective clients.
