At Lure Creative, we are growing rapidly and are looking for an entry-level Business Development Representative to help us identify and develop new client relationships. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers.
To be successful in this role, you will bring a hunter mentality and use your communication skills to build strong relationships with prospective customers, from first contact through client onboarding. You will partner closely with Sales and Client Services to identify and target prospective customers.

- Research potential clients and contact through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Build relationships with prospective clients.
- Present our company to potential clients.
- Identify client needs and work with Sales and or Client Services to suggest appropriate products/services.
Must Have Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in a professional environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to consistently generate qualified leads of prospective customers every month.
- 4 year degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
Bonus (What’ll Put You Ahead):
- Ability to show documented previous BDR success.
- Experience with Active Campaign CRM.
- Previous agency experience.
